Our newly built apartments are very centrally located in Zell am See district Schüttdorf/Zellermoos. Enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains: Kitzsteinhorn, Imbachhorn, Schmittenhöhe, National Park Hohe Tauern.

All our guests receive the summer card, which is already included in the price.
E-Bike rental
We also have in-house e-bikes, which we are happy to lend to all our guests on request for a fee.

The valley station of the "Areitbahn" and thus the entrance to the beautiful ski and hiking area "Schmittenhöhe", Zellersee, restaurants, shopping facilities, indoor tennis courts / outdoor courts, toboggan run, golf course, mini golf, indoor riding arena, laundry, casino, local center and much more - all in the immediate vicinity of our apartments.

A bus stop is located only a few meters from the apartments. Parking, wifi, charging station for electric cars (Haus Christine) are available to our guests free of charge on site.
